Welcome to North Ryde RSL Junior Baseball Club.

2018-19 season is staring soon!

Our Try Baseball days are scheduled for 29th July and 12th August.

Both Try Baseball Days are on Sunday, and start at 10:30am to 1:00pm and will be held at the North RYde RSL Oval, Behind the RSL off Madgala Rd North Ryde.

Check our facebook site for more updates and confirmation that we are going ahead in case of inclement weather.

We also expect that online registration will be ready on the 29th July, again check back here or our FaceBook page for updates.

WET Weather info is update on Saturday Mornings and posted in the site panel prior to 7:30 am, games are on unless notified here.

Our teams range from Under 7 year old non-competitive T ball through to Under 19 year olds.

The 2018- 2019 season information

Our Home Ground  is Magdala Park, at the end of Magdala Rd, North Ryde.

First round of the season for all grades except Hawk Ball 14th/15th September 2018
Last game before school Holidays (end term 3) 21st/22nd September 2018
Restart of season (Term 4) including Hawk ball 12th/13th October 2018

The last round before the Christmas break is 14th and 15th December 2018
The first round after the Christmas break is 1st and 2nd February 2019
The last round of the season prior to the finals is early to mid-March.

Finals end in Mid-March.
Presentation day is mid-March.

Presentation day will be mid March 2019.

North Ryde RSL Junior Baseball Club is Club Champion for 2016-2017.

As the heading says North Ryde RSL Junior Baseball Club is the Ryde Hawks Baseball League Club Champion for 2016-2017 !

The RHBL CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP – is awarded to the club who has the most success in the competition run by the RHBL. This award is named in honour of Life Member of RHBL, Reg Renouf.

Congratulations to North Ryde with 5 Grand Final winning teams from 11 teams fielded. The high placement of our other teams in the competition all contributed to the high ranking against the other 11 clubs in the league.

Well done everyone, and I am sure we will do equally well in the 2017-2018 season.

Little League structure comes to North Ryde Junior Baseball

Will the growing popularity to baseball in Australia, our governing body Baseball Australia has aligned our age structure with Little League International.

What does that mean?

All our Under age groups have gone and we now are based on age and skills.

T-Ball is now referred to as Little League T-Ball
U9 and U10 Zooka is now referred to as Little League Minor (Machine Pitch)
Under 11 is now referred to as Little League Minor Rookie Live
Under 12 Division 2/3 is now referred to as Little League Minor Live
U12 Division 1 is now referred to as Little League Major
U14 is now referred to as Little League Junior
U16 is now referred to as Little League Senior
U19 is now referred to as Little League Big

It is an exciting time for Club Baseball as well as many more opportunities for Tournament play from Little League Minor and up.
